This question is very subjective. We cannot just judge any race, group or country just by what we always seen on mass media. Even, an in-depth research cannot justify this matter. But not to deny, male do attracted to female, whether they evil or saint. Regardless of opposite ones.

However a poll from www.gaijinpot.com shows that many people having this thought, where the result said 28% of Japanese men are perverts. See the poll.
But, i guess many people can say, which country produces porn the most.

think so...through their anime,movie and magazine,there are a lot of porn element in it...maybe that could be one factor why japan is one of the most populous country in the world..hehe
